The Next Challenge: Backs of Things
I’ve not participated in this challenge but I saw Cee’s entry and my thoughts went to this image. Check out other entries for this weeks challenge at Sunday Stills.
I came across this interesting site driving on the Wendell H Ford Western Kentucky Pkwy more than a year into my own journey. I found it refreshing to find another adventurous soul living the life they’d always dreamed of. I cheered them as I slowly passed and they smiled and waved back. Such are the brief encounters while traveling, some you never forget.

Spotlight on Florida: Myombe Reserve – Busch Gardens, Tampa
Myombe Reserve
I have always wanted to visit Africa; the closest I’ll come any time soon is visiting Busch Gardens Tampa. In the first on my series on Busch Gardens Tampa will explore the Myombe Reserve.
The Myombe Reserve features gorillas and chimpanzees in a “natural-looking” African landscape. As you walk through misty trails you encounter a lush jungle and waterfalls as you encounter each habitat.
Busch Gardens Tampa is open daily from 10am to 6pm, which varies seasonally. The park is located eight miles northeast of Tampa, Florida.
A Word A Week Challenge: Decadent
Las Vegas
Nothing say decadent more than “The Strip” in Las Vegas…and I love it! Everything is bigger than life and over the top, elegant and extreme.
