    • Living all my life in the east with the largest mountain at about 6000 ft, the tetons were a spiritual awakening, even changed my research focus from human to physical geography. It’s one of my top 3 along with Yellowstone & Glacier (MT).

I have yet to visit Yosemite, its a sad story, I was only a couple miles away and turned around. I gave up seeing this place for a bed (place to stay the night, I had reservations) I still regret this decision.

      • I live 50 years in the north, oddly I only have a few photos of snow, half of the dog spazzing out.

I’m sure my snowy Yellowstone photo will be great – you just can’t take a bad photo of such a beautiful place.

Enjoy your snow and stay warm and safe

Been there? Done that? Wanna go there? Tell me about it!
