Actually this lady is probably Mennonite, which has less restrictive traditions.

Yes, this is a Mennonite. My sister is one and they do have cell phones but only use them occasionally. According to her there are varying degrees of conformity in the belief system vs modern society. Like many other cultures, the Mennonites are changing.

From the dress I would say she is a Mennonite. We have some Mennonite here in Oregon too. They are much more modern. This is a great though for odd balls. Thanks.
Amish wear dark dull colors, this lady’s pretty pastels was a giveaway of her culture. While the area is known for the Amish there are some Mennonite. I didn’t realize there were many Mennonite in Oregon, I learned something new.
